Cedar Mountain Singers was formed in 1993 by two thespians at a Village Players rehearsal of "1776".  The actors were Verlee Walter and Harvey McIntyre.  It is the only Village-wide, non-audition, mixed choral group.  The singers perform two concerts each year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.  The 100 plus member chorus is remarkable, in that it performs each concert after only eight two-hour rehearsals.  The group's choral selections, jokes and on-stage antics, entertainment and guest soloists have great audience appeal.  Under the direction of Randy Lusk, the group has grown to where it now performs two shows for each concert to "sell-out" audiences at the Woodlands Auditorium.  For more information contact Connie Fitch 922-3214.
