The Village Chorale was
formed in April 1997 as an auditioned-only mixed group to provide the
opportunity for participants to perform in a truly classic choral ensemble.
The chorus strives for musical excellence while building a repertoire of vocal
selections in the classical, religious, and popular genres. Membership is
limited to approximately forty singers with auditions held by the Director on an
as-needed basis. The Chorale presents a spring concert and a Christmas
season concert each year in the Woodlands Auditorium.
